It's Fully depends upon your aspiration . Both the MBA as well as ICWAI having good scope in both Government as well as Private Sectors.

If your interested in Accounting Sectors than you may apply for ICWAI Course which is fully based on the Cost and Work Accountant .

If your interested Management Field Than you may apply for MBA Course .

ICWAI stands for Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India . The duration of the Course is for four years and the Course is divided into four semester .
The Course is divided into Foundation Course , Intermediate Course and Final Course .

To apply for ICWAI you should Complete 12th standard in any discipline from recognized University and The candidate who Complete Bachelor degree Course are directly eligible to apply for Intermediate Course .

There is No Entrance Examination for ICWAI Course ..

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration . The duration of the Course is for two years and the Course is divided into four semester .

To apply for MBA Course you should Complete Bachelor degree Course from recognized University and You should score Minimum 55% Percentage of marks .

To get admission for MBA Course you should Qualified in Entrance Examination like, MAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT Etc...
