Batter course for IT Job. M.Tech or B.Tech ?

M.Tech is the master degree which is equivalent to the post graduate level degree. If You done B.Tech course in the IT branch and if you are interested in the higher study then you can take admission in the M.Tech course. The IIT college is the best institute for the M.Tech course. For admission in the IIT college you need to appear in the GATE examination. If your score in the GATE examination will be above 90% then you can get a chance for admission in the IIT college.

After completing B.Tech course if you are interested in the Job then many company offer job for the B.Tech holder candidates. If you do M.Tech course then after completing M.Tech course you can get a good job with a handsome salary in a big company. If you are interested in the higher study then M.Tech is the best option for you. I advise you to choose any field according to your interest not by another interest.

If you have not done you B.Tech. from some institute or university of the level of IIT's then you may not have that much opportunities or that much pay scales in the IT companies as the IITians are having.

M.Tech. is a degree of post graduation. It will certainly help you to get much better opportunities and better jobs as your qualification level is higher than B.Tech. The other thing is that you can opt to get your M.Tech. degree from some IIT and get a stamp of IIT on your qualifying degree which will help you to give more and better opportunities than before.

To get into IIT's for M.Tech. programmes you have to appear for the GATE exam which is conducted by IIT's and IISC. GATE score card is valid for 2 years and in that duration you can take admission in any of the IIT's. GATE score card will also fetch you more opportunities.

Definitely M. Tech. is better. It improves your profile. There are certain industries which hire only M. Tech. degree holders. You can easily get teaching job in govt. institutions with M. Tech. degree. You get specialisation in your respective field.

Doing M. Tech. from IIT can turn the whole phase of your carrier. So, I will suggest you to do M. Tech.

To reach at M.Tech at first you have to compleate B.Tech.
If you are interested in the higher study then M.Tech is the best option for you.

And the M.Tech is the master degree which is equivalent to the post graduate level degree.
The IIT is best institute for the M.Tech course.

For admission in the IIT college you need to appear in the GATE examination. If your score in the GATE examination with above 90% then you can get a chance for admission in the IIT college.

Otherwise After completing B.Tech course if you want Job then many company offer job for the B.Tech holder candidates.
But if you do M.Tech course then you will get good oppretunity. If you are interested in the higher study then M.Tech is the best option for you.
