Do you think is better to do IB or A levels ?...please tell me what is a better choice

You have only given acronyms, 'IB' and 'A'. Your question does not support exactly what do you want to know! It doesn't indicate anything except that they are alphabets. When you ask for a choice there has to be options available with details.
