As you asked for age limit, it is diffiratiated by the cast-wise

If u come from S.C,O.B.C, then only age limit will be 33 yrs.and if u are from U.N(un-reserved) then limit will be 28 yrs.. to give upsc exam u have to complete graduation from any stream but dont know about univercity there is lot user,who have doubt realated univercity, cause somewho completed graduation from mumbai univercity,from dilhi..
