dear friend,
since you are in 10th class, you are having a lot of time to prepare for the iit exam. iit jee is a very difficult exam which needs a lot of dedication and hardwork in studies.
you must first study from ncert books to clear your basic concepts. after that you must follow the following books
1 for physics:- DC pandey, pradeep's, arihant, hc verma
2 for chemistry:- pradeep's, arihant
3 for maths:- elements, tata mcgraw hills

these are very good books and carefull study of these will surely give you success.

The Biggest General Advice is NCERT textbooks are very, very important. There is a tendency to ignore these textbooks, but please take them seriously.
And these are books you have to refer further:-
(1)Mathematics for IIT-JEE by Tata Mc-Graw Hill.
(2)University Physics by Freedman and Young, 11th edition or newer.
(3)Organic Chemistry by Solomons and Frhyle & Inorganic Chemistry by J.D. Lee.

you should first approach 111th n 12th ncert book very well and then opt for some o.p tondon for inorganic chemistry , this is a piece of advice i can give so better start from an elementary stage n then go others..
