I have passed matric CBSE.but i didn't intermediate course. From IGNOU i have passed 3 years degree course in English B.A. iam eligible for bpsc job in CCE 67.

Yes, candidates passed bachelor degree from a recognised university in any discipline are eligible to appear for the examination.

The age limit is 21-37 years and relaxation for the reserved category. Examination is conducted in three stages.
