It depends on what combination of subjects you had in class 12 exams. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are mandatory to be eligible to apply for B.Tech courses. Rest the branch/discipline depends on your choice, exactly what you ant to choose for further studies (if there are still seats left to be taken for). When you apply for admission do inquire if you can apply for different disciplines in B.Tech if your name is announced for the counselling for the applied branch.
