Hello sir, I have completed 12th with Art stream and then Diploma in Pharmacy. Now I want to do BAMS course. Am I eligible for it? What should I do for it?

Admission to B A M S degree course can be taken on the basis of 12th standard and you are saying that you have completed your 12th standard with Arts stream so you are not eligible to pursue this course. One must have studied physics, chemistry and Biology in 12th standard in order to take admission in this course.

BAMS stands for the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. The duration of this course is five years. For this course candidate must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a main subjects from a recognized board. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to do Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery course after 12th with Art stream and then Diploma in Pharmacy.

IMPORTANT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.

=> All India Institute of Medical Science entrance exam.

=> All India Pre Medical test

After completion of 12th standard, you are eligible for D.Pharma course.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with PCM from a recognized board are eligible for diploma in Pharmacy.

Your age should be above 18 years.

After completion of D.Pharma course, you can do BAMS course.
