Can a advocate practicing for 3-4 years is eligible for JMFC?
An Advocate practicing for 3-4 years is eligible to apply for Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) having less than 55% in his graduation?

The full form of JMFC is Judicial Magistrate First Track court exam.
Eligibility criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university. 2. Minimum of 55% marks in LLB. You can not apply if you have less than 55% marks. Upper age limit is 35 years for open category candidates. |

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Track Court.
Any candidate who meets following two criteria can apply for exam: He/she should be law graduate. The percentage of marks of candidate must not be less than 55% marks. Upper age limit for open category candidates is 35 years. You can not apply for exam. |

Hi I was working in law firm as an intellectual property attorney/legal head for 3 years thereafter working as examiner of trademark in government organization will my experience be considered while applying for jmfc exam..
