As you have done BSc in mathematics so you should go for MSc in mathematics only as it is your main subject so it will be easy and comfortable for you.if you change your main subject in MSc then it will be difficult for you to perform good in it.it's your choice what you plan for your future.if you had computers in BSc as a subject so you can easily take it as a main subject in MSc.
