Hello sir, I am Diploma in Textile Design holder and doing AMM from NITRA, Ghaziabad. I want to get admission in B.Tech in Textile Engineering course. Please provide me list of government and private colleges of India for it? Can I study it?

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech textile engineering after completing your diploma in textile design. After diploma course you can apply for B.Tech textile engineering through lateral entry.Here below are details reading bachelors of technology in textile engineering course:-

Eligibility Condition for Lateral Entry:- To apply for B.Tech textile engineering through lateral entry applicant must have done three year diploma in relative field from government recognized institute with minimum 55% marks obtained.

Duration of B.Tech Textile Engineering Through Lateral Entry:- Duration of B.Tech textile engineering is 4 years but through lateral entry procedure the duration of bachelors degree is reduced to 3 years because through lateral entry scheme applicant directly admitted to second year.
