Can I admission in colleges in the absence of original SSLC Marks Card?
I have completed 2nd PUC from Science stream in Karnataka. However, I have lost my Marks Card and I want to apply for Diploma courses. So, will colleges accept my application in the absence of original Marks Card? And, is there any to get the SSLC Marks Card?

No, college administration usually asks for transfer certificate/migration certificate/character certificate in original and scanned and self attested marksheets for 10th and 12th grade are asked during the enrollment and councelling procedure and they're most definitely not allowed to keep your original marksheets
