Can I appear for civil exam with distance? What is the percentage required?
can i appear for the civil exam with a distance and if at all it is possible which university distance degree is accepted is one sitting degree accepted and what percentage should i have

Yes you can apply For Degree courses in Civil from various distance universities.Which Includes IGNOU,AMIE and Karnataka Universities. I would prefer for AMIE OR IGNOU as both of this universities are AICTE approved which is very much valuable for any Engineering branch also there are several other universities which will make false promises of being approved kindly beware.

YES, distance degree is accepted.
The degree should ahve ben obtained from a UGC recognised university or college. One sitting degree will not be accepted. ELIGIBILTY: Education: Graduation pass in any Stream AGE- Minimum 21 years Maximum 30 years Candidates belonging to OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations ATTEMPTS- General candidates- 4 times OBC- 7 times SC/ST- No such restriction |

hi,
there is no method to apply civil services with distance. if yiu have completed your degree from a recognized university, then you are eligible for civil services exam. civil services are conducted by upsc every year. age linit is 21-30 years. you must be Indian citizen. for more, www.upsc.gov.in |
