hi,
IAS is one of the 3 Indian Civil Service exam and the exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).The exam is conducted ever year. Eligibility: - You must have finished their degree in any discipline from a recognized university. - You must be a citizen of India. - You must have a age limit of 21-30 years. - The upper age limits for other categories are: For SC/ST - 35 For OBC - 33 For Ex-service men 5 years from the prescribed limits. Attempts: For SC/ST- No limit For General - 4 For OBC - 7 The exam consists of three stages namely : Preliminary exam. Main exam. Interview. yes you can appear IAS exam If your university where you have done your graduation is government recognized university. Eligibility Criteria should be graduate from a recognized university in any stream (marks or percentage doesn't matter) age should be 21 to 30 years for SC/ST 5 year that means range of age is 21 to 35 For OBC 3 year that means range of age is 21 to 33 For PH 10 year that means range is 21 to 40 nationality- Indian For more information you can visit www.upsc.gov.in best of luck |

Yes, you can appear for IAS exam as you are having a certificate of B.A. from EIILM University which is a approved University by UGC.
To become an IAS officer, you have to crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year. The eligible candidate must be an Indian national having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.
