Can I appear in NEET 2018 if failed in Physics theory exam or would I have to pass supplementary exam?

I have failed in Physics Theory exam. Am I eligible for NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (NEET) 2018 or do I need to give supplementary exam for Physics again?

NEET refers to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and for appearing in the same examination the minimum educational qualification required is a Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects with at least 50% marks from a recognized board of education. Students going to appear in their board examination in 2018 are also eligible for NEET 2018. Also there is provision of marks relaxation upto 10% for reserved category candidates.

Now as far as you are concerned about your eligibility for appearing in NEET 2018 having failed in your Physics paper then I would like to let you know that you are not eligible for NEET 2018 for admission in any undergraduate medical degree course unless you clear your Physics paper by appearing in compartmental/supplementary examination to become a Class 12th passed candidate.

For more official details regarding NEET you can refer to its official website www.cbseneet.nic.in .

You would have to first pass supplementary examination of Physics to become eligible for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.

Eligibility criteria for NEET exam:

1. You must have passed all subjects of 10+2 and secured minimum of 50% marks is required.

2. Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects are compuslory.

NEET is examination for admission in BDS and MBBS course.

No, you are not eligible to appear in NEET 2018 examination if you have failed in Physics theory examination of your 12th standard. To be eligible to apply for NEET 2018 examination, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with minimum aggregate of 50% marks with English as a qualifying subject from a Government recognised board are eligible to apply for NEET 2018 examination. Since, you have failed in Physics Theory examination, you have to appear in Supplementary examinations and qualify it to be eligible to apply for NEET 2018 examination.

The full of NEET exam is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.

Physics fail candidate can not apply for NEET exam.

Only those students who are pass in all subjects of 12th and have 50% marks in 12th can apply for NEET 2018.

You would have to pass supplementary examination of Physics.

First thing I would like to let you know that for appearing in NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination ) you need to have passed your Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects with at least 50% marks from a recognized board. Students going to appear in their Class 12th board examination are also eligible. Further their provision of marks relaxation of 10% for reserved category candidates.
