Iam 36yrs old and belong to Hindu BC . I have completed BA corp sec. BA eng MA eng. M.Phil Eng . can I apply for any gov exams . group I or II.

The age limit of most of government job exam for general category candidate is around 30-32 years, for reserved category, it is around 35 years. The age limit for group exam is 21-35 years. At age of 36 years, you can not apply for these exams.

As you have done Master's degree in English, you can apply for National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in government colleges. Candidates with 55% marks or more in master's degree can apply for SET and NET exam.

There is no upper age limit for Lectureship.
