can i apply for b.ed in percentage below 40...pelase provide to me the details

Candidates who have scored 45% aggregate marks in degree are eligible to get admissions to BEd courses as per government orderss. It is a National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) norms for admissions to B. Ed courses which has decided 45% as the minimum marks for admission. Incase of reserved categories and physically handicapped, minimum marks for seeking admission will be 40 per cent. You need to identify the college and fill in the forms along with the attached documents.

The minimum percentage criteria needed to get admission in B.Ed colleges are only 45% marks in graduation affiliated to any recognised university of India.
But you have got only 40 % then it will create problem for you because there is not a single college which provides admission for such a low marks holder.
Only Sc/St candidates are eligible to get admission at only 40% marks.If you will be from Sc/St category then only you can take admission otherwise there is no chance for you.
There are some reservation of seats for the Physically handicapped student also hence if you will be physically handicapped then also you will be eligible to take admission.
