Sir, please tell me can I do BA honors as a private candidate after completing "12th" without passing BA entrance examination? If yes, then how and from which university can I apply?

Yes, for private or distance mode courses, there isn't any entrance exam for admission. You can surely apply for admission and take the benefit of a distance mode course while doing your job.

Regular courses require regular classes and there are a limited number of seats at the college. Hence, admission is on merit for such courses through entrance exams or based on class 12th marks in some colleges.
