Can I apply for Civil Judge exam while pursuing LLB?
Hi, I am a evening class student of LLB and will be finishing my course soon. So, can I apply for Civil Judge entrance exam at this stage only? Or, do I need to wait until I complete my LLB?

A 3rd year law student can apply for the judicial services provided he is pursuing a 3 year law degree. It's depend on state to state, there are only few states which allow you to do so. Most of the states require that one must have finished his LL.B. degree before applying.
if it’s 5 years integrated law degree B.A.LL.B , B.B.A.LL.B etc then not, because you are ineligible though. But if it is only LL.B then a 3rd yr mean final yr student can apply legitimately for judiciary exams. |
