After my 10th I did 3 years full time Diploma course in Mechanical branch. Now, on the basis of Diploma course can I apply for getting into Police Force at any department at any post?

Yes you are eligible to apply for Police Force jobs after completing Diploma from a recognized university or college from at least 50% aggregate.
Let me tell you that Diploma is also equivalent to Intermediate degree.
After completing Diploma you are eligible for writing exams which are only 12th based.
