Yes, candidates passed degree from any recognised university are eligible to appear for entrance examination and after qualifying in the respective entrance examination eligible for recruitment in jobs.

So, you are now eligible to appear for examination conducted by IBPS, SSC, CDS, UPSC, RRB etc. and after qualifying in it eligible for recruitment in such job.
