Hello Sir/Madam, I have a Savings Bank Account in SBI. But it is not linked with Aadhaar. I want to apply for Inspire Scholarship. In this case, I can apply for Inspire Scholarship or not? Kindly let me know about this asap. Thank you!

Eligibility criteria to apply for INSPIRE scholarship is written below.

>> The applicant must be within the age group of 17-22 years.

>>The candidate must be among the top 1% of the successful students in terms of aggregate marks in his/her class 12 board exam.

>>The applicant must be enrolled in courses of Natural and Basic Sciences at the BSc, BS, and Integrated MSc/MS level in the same year of passing class 12.

There is no such restrictions given on the notification of Inspire scholarship. But in order to receive the scholarship amount in your bank, you have to link your Aadhar Number with your bank account as per RBI norms.
