my T.Y.B.com marks is 53.91% can i apply for ipcc without cpt

The commerce graduates get exemption CPT if their aggregate marks in B.Com. degree
is 50% or more.
There use to weightage of all the three years for calculation of aggregate marks in
every institution/university.
The weightage fraction of the three years in calculation of aggregate marks, may vary
from institution to institution but marks of 1st and 2nd year too are taken in account
for sure.

You should check your aggregate marks according to the system in your college and
if your aggregate come to be 50% or more then you are eligible to register for IPCC
without having qualified CPT. As soon as you get to know your eligibility you should
register for the course and start preparing for the exams.
