Hi, I am pursuing my TY B.Sc (3rd year B.Sc) with specialization in Computer Science. Am I eligible to apply for JAM entrance examination? Or, do I need to complete the graduation first?

The minimum education required for appearing in JAM is a degree in concerned discipline from a recognized university. Students pursuing final year of their degree course are also eligible.

So, being a student of third year of B.Sc. degree course, you are certainly eligible for appearing in JAM if you satisfy the other eligibility criteria too.
