Hi, I gave my 12th board exam and unfortunately failed in one subject. Under this circumstances am I eligible to apply for JEE Main, 2019 examination? By which date latest should I apply?

No, you can not apply for JEE Main examination of 2019 if you have failed in one of the subject in class 12th because as per the minimum eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed in all the subjects with an aggregate marks of 60%.
