Can I apply for NEET 2020 exam session with 12th completed in 2016?


Sir, I have completed my 12th in 2015 and at that year I apply for CET exam but I did not appear and also my percentage of 12th board is less so I repeat 12th exam again in 2016 but at that year I am not give any medical entrance exam but I am interested to apply NEET exam in 2020. So, am I eligible?

Yes, you are certainly eligible for appearing in NEET 2020, even if you have completed your Class 12th in 2016 provided you satisfy the eligibility criteria required to apply for the same examination.

To appear in NEET 2020, you are required to have completed your Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as main subjects with at least 50% marks ( OR 40% in case of candidates from reserved category) in PCB group subjects taken together from a recognized board of education. Further, your age must be at least 17 years by the 31st December of 2020.
