Am I eligible for appearing NET examination in the upcoming December, 2019 session after Post Graduate Diploma in Management which I completed in the year 2017? If yes, then what is the last date to apply for NET December, 2019 exam session?

The educational qualification required to apply for UGC NET held by NTA twice every year is simply a master's degree in concerned subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Marks relaxation of 5% is allowed in case of candidates from SC/ST and PH category.

So, having completed your Post Graduate Diploma in Management degree course even in 2017, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET, if you managed to secure the minimum marks required in the master's degree to appear in the same examination as mentioned above.

Further, I would like to let you know that the next NET is scheduled to be held between 02.12.2019 to 06.12.2019 and the application form for the same can be filled till 09.10.2019 while the last date for submission of application fee is 10.10.2019.
