Can I apply for the post of Accounts Assistant in JKSSB with less than 50% in Graduation?

Sir/Mam, I heard that the minimum qualification required for Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) for the post of Accounts Assistant in 50% in Graduation. However, I scored 49.39% in Graduation and 57% in Post Graduation. So, can I apply for it?
