Sir, I have done 10th then Diploma and BTech. I haven't completed my 12th as I have failed in one subject of 12th standard. So, on my qualification basis I can apply for WBCS exam? Kindly tell me about this asap.

This exam is conducted by public service commission.

Age relaxation in upper age limit is provided to reserved category students that is 3 years to OBC candidates and 5 years to SC / ST candidates.
