Hi, this is aarthi,I have finished my diploma, shall i attend group-2 exam? When is group-3 exam started?

The required eligibility criteria for group II exam are given below.

=> Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university.

=> The minimum percentage required in Graduation for group II exam is 55%.

=> The age of candidate should be in between 18 years to 30 years.

=> Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidate i.e 5 years to SC/ST and 3 years to OBC category candidate.

=> As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to attend group II exam after Diploma course.

No, you are not eligible to apply for Group-2 examination with your diploma qualification.
Eligibility for Group-2 exam :
-> Graduation or any other equivalent examination pass from UGC recognised institution or college and there is no aggregate percentage of marks criteria to apply for it.
-> Age limit to apply for this exam is 18-30 years and the age relaxations are :
-> 3 years for OBC candidates and state government servicing employees
-> 5 years for SC and ST category candidates
-> 10 years for PWD candidates.
And the selection process of these group-2 posts is :
-> Written test which is conducted in 3 papers of 150 marks each
-> Personal Interview for candidates who got shortlisted in written test for Executive posts & there is no interview for non-executive posts.
-> Documents verification.
