Hello Sir/Madam, I have applied in IMU-CET for UG course. If I got selection, then can I become Deck Cadet? I want to become a Deck Cadet so I want to know that through this CET I can become or not? Kindly tell me asap. Thank you!

The selection process involves

The written/online test
The interview
The medical test
On passing all the above tests/examination , the candidate is declared selected as a deck cadet subject to him/her passing the IMU CET and obtaining the requisite of marks in 12th/BSC .

Clear the IMU CET
The candidate shall enroll in the IMU CET as an Anglo Eastern candidate and will be required to obtain a pass in the exam.

After all the selection formalities , the candidate is imparted training in shipping related fields and on general related topics.
