Quote:
Yeah you are eligible to write the IPS exam with this qualification of yours but becoming a IPS officer is in your hands as you need to pass through the exam With a qualification of completed BMS course and finishing it with 50% you are eligible for the exam as per the education standards needed. There are certain other standards which specifies whether you are eligible or not on depending whether you satisfy all the criteria's and the other criteria's would include such as that: > Nationality > Age Limit > Physical Standard Eligibility Needed: ~ The candidate appearing for the exam must be a citizen of India ~ The age limit needed for the exam is that the candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years for General Category candidates and for SC/ST it is 21-35 years an for candidates of OBC it is 21-33 years. ~ If you are a Ex-service men then you will get 5 years exception from the prescribed limits. ~ You need to be physically fit If you are satisfying them all then you can apply for the IPS exam to join in as a IPS officer.
