Hi, I am Rishikesh from Government Polytechnic College, Pune. I am studying in 2nd year so if I am all cleared in 2nd year then can I change my college in 3rd year and what are the rules to change college?

You can not change your college after 2nd year of bachelor's degree.

In most of the colleges and universities in India, college change is allowed only after first year of bachelor's degree.

There is no chance at present for you to change your college. You must continue your study with existing college.

--Moreover,the shifting process is applicable in between the stage of 1st year but not acceptable in current scenario.
