Can I change from UP Board to CBSE Board for class 12th? If yes, procedure?
I completed my 11th class under Uttar Pradesh State Board. Now, for my 12th class I wish to change to a school affiliated to CBSE Board. Is this possible? If yes, then how? What is the procedure to apply for change?

No, it is not possible for anyone to seek admission directly in Class 12th in any CBSE schools as the registration for CBSE Class 12th board examination is done while the candidate is pursuing his/her Class 11th in any CBSE affiliated school.

You have to repeat one year in case you wish to change to cbse board. Your registration for Class 12 Boards have been initiated under UP State Board and not for CBSE. So you're not eligible to shift to a different board and give examination under it. The only option left is repeating Class 11, and take fresh admission in Class 11 in a CBSE affiliated school.
