Can I complete the failed MA Economics paper now after 9 years?


I done pg, ma economics as distant education calicut university during 2007/2008. Unfortunately i failed in one subject. Can i complete that paper now or supposed to reappear the course afresh ???

No, you cannot clear your pending backlog of M.A. degree course which you joined in 2008-2009 as the maximum duration allowed for completing any degree course is atmost 3 years more than the actual duration of the degree course.

So, if you are interested in completing your PG degree course then you need to start all again from the very beginning by taking fresh admission.

No, According to my knowledge the degree is only valid for 5 years.So ,you have to apply again .

9 years is a huge gap.
Why don't you try for some professional degree.
Nowadays professional and technical course will help you earn a job.
Find out what you are interested in and try to persue that.
You can also do some online courses, instead of wasting time .
Else the decision is yours.

You are not eligible to appear and clear your backlog now.

The maximum duration to complete the course is limited. So, you have to start the course from the beginning.
