I AM student in year 2004 that time I can not complete 2 subjects can I complete that subjects now please answer

If you want to complete your studies which you had left 15 years before then, you have to take admission in new session.
You are not allowed to complete pending papers after a gap of more than 3 years.

Having left out your degree course in 2004, you are not eligible for rejoining the same course from where you have left to clear your backlog papers now as the maximum duration for completing any degree course is five years (or 6 years) from the date of first registration to the same degree.

No, You can't complete my pending papers of 2004 now.

After more than 15 years it is impossible to complete pending paper.

If you really want to get that degree than you have to start from 1st year and clear each semester.

If you could clear each semester than only you can get final degree.
