As far as the Technical degree is concerned apart from MBA and MCA not many recognized Universities offers programs such as B.Tech or BE through distance mode. However, there are some recognized Universities which offer undergraduate programs in technical department. The Karnataka State Open University and JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Universities offers B.Tech program in various engineering departments through distance mode. Candidate seeking for the B.Tech program from any of these Universities must have passed the +2 level of exam from a recognize Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The duration of the program is four years. Candidate who hold a three year diploma after Xth or B.Sc [PCM] can enroll directly to the third semester through lateral entry scheme.

You can apply for Full time B.Tech course only if you have a diploma degree or an honors or pass degree to show.

Thats an important criteria to sit for various such exams.

But you can study M.Tech in correspondence. There are lots of universities offering this degree.
