BCA stands for Bachelor's of Computer Application. It is a three year professional graduation degree course.

You should have mathematics / Computer science subject in 12th standard then only your eligible for BCA course .Most of the colleges need either maths or computer as one of the subjects in 12th and also English as a compulsory subject. Some colleges conducts their own entrance exam while some seeks admission on the basis of merit.

You are from commerce department and your 12th standard subject is computer Application so you are applicable for BCA course .
