No, being a Diploma holder in Computer Engineering, you cannot do Aeronautical Engineering. 12th passed Non-medical science stream students or Aeronuatical Engineering Diploma students are eligible to do Aeronautical Engineering. You can do Aeronautical Engineering course without appearing in CET but, you need to purchase a seat through Management quota by paying high amount to college management.

You are eligible only if you have passed 12th in science stream.

After pursuing 12th with science subjects you will have to appear entrance exam like JEE,AIEEE.

After appearing entrance exam having good marks you can get admission in good college for B.Tech aeronautical engineering.
