I have passed 12 this year with securing 69% by art can i do electrical engeering

Being from arts background, you can’t join B.Tech in electrical engineering. Based on 10th class marks, you can join diploma in electrical engineering. After completion of the course, you can join 2nd year of engineering degree. This can be accomplished through lateral entry scheme. Admission through lateral entry scheme is done via entrance exams.
