I have a very low agregate in my B.E can do Higher studies in usa will it help me in my future because now with that agre no is ready to give job

you have not mention here your aggregate percent as well as your branch,by that it would be more easy to answer your query well yes you can do higher studies. For this you must know in which branch you are most interested.
for Admission in almost all institution you can attempt following exams as-

The GRE {Graduate Record Examination}
GMAT{Graduate Management Admission Test}
TOEFL
as well as in india you can attempt
CAT
MAT for your master degree.
so if you seriously want to do master degree you must have clear one of these entrance exams.

you can do the higher studies in the usa after giving the gre test.

gre ( graduate record exam ) exam doesnt have any eligibility criteria about the score in B.E.

SO SIR YOU CAN GIVE THE GRE exam and can do higher study in the usa.
