Sir, I have completed my M.Sc Nursing in Psychiatry. Can I do M.Phil in Clinical Psychology right after my M.Sc? Would this specialization be good for career growth?

No. you are not eligible for M.Phil (Psychology) course after completion of M.Sc (Nursing). It's good course if one should have interest in psychology.

You must have passed Master's degree in psychology from a recognized university.
