Can I do M.Sc in Botany after doing B.Sc in Biotechnology?

I have completed my degree in B.Sc Biotechnology but I am interested in Botany. So, can I go for M.Sc in Botany? What are the career scope and job opportunities in Botany? Which has more job opportunities between Biotechnology and Botany?

Candidates who have a bachelor degree in Botany are eligible for M.sc in Botany. So you are not eligible for M.sc Botany.
Biotechnology degree provides jobs in Private sector more than government sector. While M.sc Botany provides more government sector jobs.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
