You have completed B-tech degree in mechanical engineering so you are not eligible to do m-tech course in computer science .Because the eligibility criteria for M-Tech in computer science is-

If you have completed B-Tech degree in CS,IT and MCA ,M.Sc (Math, state,CS,IT) then you are eligible for M-tech in computer science.

So you can do only M-tech degree in Mechanical departments .Also you can do M-Tech degree in Mechatronis and VLSI department.
