Can I do MA English after completing of BA honors in Political Science? Or, should I stick with Political Science only for MA? What are the career scope and job opportunities with Master's in Political Science?

No , as per UGC norms it is impossible. You have to stick to Political Science. After completion of B.ed you can apply for PGT teacher posts. Or you can apply for UPSC civil service examination ( only graduation required) . There are no specific govt jobs for MA political science candidates. Various corporate sectors recruit political science student as policy analyst.
