No, you can't pursue MSc MLT after a BSc in Chemistry. You can pursue DMLT/ BSc MLT instead. You will get an admission in any board or university. You just need 10+2 with Science Subject.

MSc MLT Eligibility
Those who have passed graduation in BMLT, BSc MLT, BSc (microbiology) , chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent course are eligible.

It must be from a recognised board with atleast 60%marks.

Some of the colleges offer direct admission based on marks in last qualifying exam whereas some conduct their own entrance exam for admission.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
