i have completed my mca in 1997 with 64% marks and now i am teaching in a private institute. but now i want do phd computer science (corresspondence or regular) can i do ? which university is best ? how can i apply for phd?

First of All U have to Appear NET & then purse the PhD/ Directly u can purse PhD Without JRF
