where do i get the scrutiny forms

You can't download it.
You can get hardly image of that form if you google it.

This improvement form will be available in your school office or cbse regional office nearly in july-august.
You can fill for one or more subjects and you will be charged 200 per subject.
You will get whole year for preparation of that particular subject.
And you will appear as a private candidate in next year's exam.

You will be independent to change the centre of exam as your wish, but you can't change the school from which you had earlier given board exams just because your name is registered in that school.

I have passed cbse class 12 exama with an aggregate of 80% and i want to improve maths. Will the form for cbse improvement 2013 be available on internet as it is not very convienent to access the regional office and internet dowmload makes it easy for the candidates besides many of us have even joined colleges in far places and i am one of them .Therefore it is a humble request that the form should be available online
