i am in class 11 can i fill the form...Could u pelase give me the details for the same

According to me, the query asked by you is incomplete.

As you are class 11 and you have passed your class 10 which means you have certain knowledge which you can use to fill form which you intend to.
But for those columns which you don't understand you contact your parents for the information regarding that thing.
According to me you can fill any kind of form.

you didn't mentioned which type of form .
According to critics , If you know the each and every blank in the form what you have to fill there , then go ahead with complete knowledge ..
If you are not able to fill or you don't have knowledge that much ..
Then ask anybody who knows everything because once you filled anything in the form , it is difficult to remark it ...

Dear for taking admission in IIT, your minimum qualification should be 10+2 or you can also fill in class 10+2 when form comes. You have to give JEE for taking admission in IIT. Your rank should be good as you should be among top 1.5 thousand students in all india and you should be among top 20% students in your state. So you get admission on basis of your rank.
