It depends upon the university you apply for. There are some Institutes/university which select candidates from any stream for the Aeronautical Engineering. You can take a Lateral Entry test and get admission into the second year of the Engineering Program. The minimum eligibility is 60% in the diploma program from the recognized universities. More details you need to check with the institute/university where you wish to apply.
